This past week, Washington Graphics LLC produced promotional materials for West Ridge Park Apartments and Townhomes located in Seattle, WA. West Ridge is a Thrive Community located in the trendy Westwood neighborhood that is just a stone’s throw away from downtown Seattle.
Thrive Communities was founded in 2004 by Gary Blakeslee under the name Inventure Property Development Company. However, Blakeslee soon realized that the company’s name did not accurately describe his team’s exceptional vision or passion.
Thrive, he determined, truly embodied the people side of the real estate industry. That was the manner in which he wished for people to live in the homes he created and how the resulting communities would work together.
Gary eventually teamed up with friends Kari Anderson and Dave Kirzinger as Thrive Communities grew, and today, the three of them are working to expand the Thrive brand throughout Seattle.
